Fluent in English and three Ugandan languages, Timothy is passionate about leveraging appropriate technology to solve development challenges. He has co-founded and led legal and justice organizations that provide free legal information and support to underserved populations, while also offering corporate services to nonprofits and generating accountability data to inform government action.
