Shine is a certified Project Management Expert(PMP), policy analyst, and M&E professional with over six years of driving social impact at the intersection of public sector programming, data, and governance. She leads the design and execution of high impact , data-driven projects at SEMA that utilize community feedback to improve public service delivery nationwide. Her work cuts across critical sectors including health, immigration, humanitarian, police, legal, energy, LGs among others. She has an eye for social research, systems thinking, and digital innovation.
